Products CO．,Ltd．Is a Joint-venture affiliated to Dezhou Braised
Chicken Group of Companies, Shandong province．It was Jointly
set up between Singapore Dawyn Impex (Pte) Ltd．and Shandong
Pharmaceutical CO．, Ltd. in 1992．
Main Products: DeZhou Lyophilized Royal Jelly, Haishan Fresh
Royal Jelly, Bee Pollen, Honey, Bee Larva, Progene, Young Interlex,
Vita-5, etc. altogether four types and 60 kinds including food,
health food ,medicine and cosmetics.
Factory facility: The company has 208 staffs, of which 38
are technical personnel. The total area is 10,000 square meters,
construction area 8,000 square meters and consist of office
buildings, manufacturing area and warehouses. There are 11 departments
in total. There is one experimentation laboratory and one chemical
laboratory. Within the manufacturing areas, there are lifts,
male & female changing rooms, bathrooms, personnel and goods
corridors. There is also a 1,000 square meter air-purifying
chamber, meets GMP standard. Since 1995,the manufacturing environment
has received the certificate of the national standard for food
export factories. In 2000,our bee series production and service
achieved the ISO9002 Quality control Certification. In 2005,
our company passed HACCP athentication.
Equipment and capacity: Our company has modern technology
including lyophilization production line, tableting line, capsule
production line, oral liquid production line and a fully automatic
packaging line and tea packaging line of these, the lyophilization
production line can produce an annual quantity of 300 tons that
is of the national premium grade. Tableting production line
produces film-coating and sugar-coating tablets with annual
quantity 24 million tablets. .The annual quantity of capsule
production line is 30 million, The annual quantity of fully
automatic oral liquid production line is 16 million,30 tons
of granules ,30 tones of powder、annually produces 500 tons of
fresh royal jelly,3000 tons of honey,500 tons of bee pollen
and 360 tons of tea.
Sales network: Our products have been sold to Southeast Asia, Australia, New
Zealand, Brazil, Japan, North America, Mid-East and Africa. In
domestic market, the consumers in more than 20 provinces and
regions highly recognized our Haishan brand of products.
Recognition:
In 1991, this product won the Golden Award for the Best Health
product at the China Expo out of 137 participants;
In 1993, it was awarded the international award at the 33rd
World Bee products Exhibition;
In 1995 and 1996, we received the Gold metal by China Health
products Association;
In 1997,our company was voted the most reputed company among
consumers for the high quality royal jelly and pagoda honey;
In 1998,we were authorized to be the appointed factory for export
fresh royal jelly(powder)by China bee products Association;
In 2001, the Haishan brand royal jelly, bee pollen and honey
were awarded as the most excellent products in China.
In 2003, our honey, royal jelly and bee pollen obtained the
certificate for Safe Crop from State Standardization Administration.
In July, 2005, our HAISHAN brand was voted Famous Brand of Shandong
Province.
In November, 2005, our company passed the authentication of
HACCP system.
